The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings

The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) champions the understanding, care and protection of historic buildings. Founded by William Morris in 1877, it promotes conservative repair, sustainability and skilled craftsmanship, offering training, advice, research and active casework to safeguard historic buildings.

We have worked with the SPAB for six years, managing its publishing process. Our team delivers end-to-end support, including sub-editing, proofreading, design, layout, printing and distribution, ensuring the SPAB’s knowledge, values and vision are communicated clearly and beautifully to the widest possible audience.

The chair of SPAB praised our “high standards” and said that the magazine is “informative, attractive and relevant”.
